Middle-class life in America

To be honest, the first time I watched this show, I just watched the first episode and dropped it. Because he's a comedy but with so many characters, just watching the first episode made me feel unfocused and not that funny. The first comedy I watched was The Big Bang Theory, a few geek nerds, and a lot of science memes, and I fell in love after just one episode. Then there is Friends, this classic, a must-see for countless people learning English. The first time I watched Friends was during the summer vacation after the college entrance examination, but I couldn't watch it either. After watching The Big Bang Theory and watching it later, I was able to get its jokes. It's really good.
And when I knew it had five Emmys, I decided to rewatch it, and now Modern Family, and really think it's a really, really good comedy. The Big Bang Theory to Friends to Modern Family is getting closer and closer to real life in America. Franklin's autobiography is hailed as the bible of the American middle class and enjoys a high status. The important reason is that it depicts the ideal pursuit of the middle class. And Modern Family also describes the life of the middle class, a life of constant contradictions, but very loving. Each episode generally has a theme, conflicts are finally resolved, and the ending is always very warm. Its laughs are always based on your understanding of the characters, such as when phil is embarrassed or proud, he secretly glances at the camera, luke's cute and cute expressions, etc. I have to mention their acting skills here, they are great. Even the kid luke is very good at acting, very expressive. It can be said that the show is also an autobiography of the middle class, and although it may be atypical (there are old husbands and young wives, and gay marriage), it conveys the ideals of the American middle class. America has a strong middle class, and it has always been, arguably, a sample of American families, which is largely why I like it.
