A good story was ruined

1. The basic story idea is very good, and it is very thoughtful.

2. This basic story frame is very malleable, which is very beneficial to the writing of the script. The dramatic conflict is obvious, and the comedy effect should be enough.

3. Therefore, a movie with such a basic story framework, coupled with a group of first-line male stars, will not be too bad in any case.

4. As I expected, the film got off to a good start. It introduced several upcoming characters in the form of trailers, advertisements and MVs, and then explained the reasons for the story more clearly. Then, the film gradually entered the main story, and the jokes began to unfold...

5. For me, the best part of the film ended when the character played by Ben Stiller was caught. The next half of the movie kind of spirals out of control and presents a very chaotic state. The director can no longer grasp the primary and secondary aspects of the film. He wants to explain everything, but he can't explain everything enough, which leads to the final film becoming four different things.

6. In fact, comedies are very difficult to shoot, and the scale of the jokes is also very difficult to grasp. It can't be too cold, and it can't be too cheap. This is understandable. But with the story frame of this film, jokes are very easy to find, after all, the basic story provides this possibility. Taking a step back, it's not difficult even to bring the theme into something else. It can be said that the speaker is funny, the speaker is the action, the brotherhood is mentioned...all can be. It's a pity that the movie doesn't do everything in place.

7. Robert Downey Jr. is a bit interesting. The black man dressed up really well, he could hardly see his true colors, and he acted very hard. However, the large amount of Chinese he showed in the film is really shattering! The real interpretation of what is called: "foreigners can't understand, Chinese people can't understand".

8. This film once again proves that American comedies really don't have much to watch. Compared with the humor of British comedies, they seem too low-level. Of course, if you like the most base style, it's another matter.
