It was supposed to be a battle between the Decepticons and the Autobots, but SARFT did not think so, because the US military is the backbone of defending the earth. So what we see is not the Autobots protecting the Earthlings, but a few sporadic Autobots helping the U.S. military against the hordes of Decepticons.
After watching Change 2, I deeply think that the director is on the side of the Decepticons, at least in terms of production costs. The Decepticons have at least double figures and a combined Big Mac (not a hamburger) and the Autobots? Often outnumbered. Optimus Prime also hangs halfway, and the sky fire can only be counted as half (one-eyed dragon too). If it weren't for the powerful firepower of a small unit of the US military, I am afraid that the Autobots would have been wiped out long ago. So, king fucking, wake up.
With my childhood dream and my passion for becoming 1, I really wanted to see the more fiery and bloody Autobots fight the Decepticons, but I was wrong. In front of the U.S. military, everything is dust. As long as you claim to be a New York citizen, even the African military will let it go. I want to shout for Americans, "There is a strong motherland behind me!"
The tense rhythm of Change 1 and the interlocking plot settings are gone in Change 2. In its place are the hot beauties, hilarious little characters, and overbearing parents that are common in American blockbusters. I can't believe the director is still the same person.
