The film tells the story of a monster named MUTO that feeds on nuclear radiation energy and escaped from a mysterious cave in the Philippines to Japan, causing an accident in a Japanese nuclear power plant. The hero's mother was killed in the story. Fifteen years later, the host's father found out that the accident was not an ordinary nuclear power plant accident, so he went to find out the truth. Although they finally found the real cause of the accident that year, the father of the male protagonist died at the hands of MUTO who broke out of the cocoon. This Japanese-born male MUTO flew over the Pacific Ocean to the United States because he wanted to mate with a dormant female MUTO there. On its way to America, it wakes up its nemesis, the king of monsters, Godzilla. So in addition to humans wanting to destroy these monsters with hot weapons, these monsters are also fighting within themselves. At the end of the film, all the eggs produced by MOTO were destroyed by the hero, while the male and female MUTO died at the hands of Godzilla. After Godzilla, the king of monsters, did all this, he went back to the sea.
