Views on the two cases in the "Nuremberg Trial" (sterilization case & ethnic pollution)

"The Nuremberg Trials" was very tangled, and I watched it two nights in class, one week later. For a pure science student like me, it is a good choice to learn about history through movies.
The teacher said that the most important aspect of this movie is the concept of natural law. The film chose two very important cases in the trial: one is the intellectually disabled sterilization case, and the other is the racial pollution case against the Jews. Both cases were the result of the implementation of the "Racial Purification Law" of Nazi Germany, and the presiding judge Jian Ning was sitting in the dock.
From the point of view of natural law, the Race Purification Law does not meet the requirements of natural law and violates the basic principle of equality between people before the law. Everyone has the right to live and reproduce. This is something that people are born with, and no one can deprive them of their rights. As far as China is concerned, there has been endless reproductive worship since ancient times, and sterilization can be compared to a major punishment. The person who doesn’t know how to use "rabbit, hunter, grass" in a sentence, I really suspect that he has a problem with his brain, such a simple problem, and looking at his performance in court, I think he may just be a mental disorder. Everything is pretty neat. Therefore, it is necessary to judge whether this person is mentally retarded, or to go through proper medical methods. And even without such medical technology, we cannot just conclude that he is mentally retarded. To be honest, I was helpless by the defense attorney Hans Rolfe's defense. It is true that he has a good level of debate, has a very good knowledge of law, has an endless love for Germany, and maintains a twelve-point respect for Professor Jian Ning. However, as a person, he ruined his life for his career, and he has lost the awe of life. He didn't understand the idea of draconian laws and illegal laws. He insisted on going his own way and even destroyed his image in Professor Jian Ning's heart. The same goes for ethnic pollution. Facts have proved that the Jewish nation is still a very good nation to a large extent, and their scientific achievements are the most in human history. The restriction on the freedom of marriage is originally the "draconian law", which is contrary to natural law.
For Professor Jian Ning, at the beginning, I thought, how could such a scholar in the field of law be sentenced, it must be because of some national sentiments. But it is not the case. The law is the law, and the judge is also a neutral role. It is precisely because of the "draconian law" enacted by Jian Ning that millions of people have died that he had never imagined. He is equally guilty. I think, in fact, he has already used this kind of legal principle to tell himself in court.

The so-called fairness and justice often change positions in the long river of history. And the human conscience is always there, judging everyone's soul. There are sufficient arguments on both sides of the debate in the film, and the judgment in the court is not the final result, but the final judgment by time and history.

Whether ignorance can be an indicator for judging the innocence of a person (group organization), the trial result of this film gives the answer, and it also gives a logical answer. Those who think that German judges are merely loyal to the country and enforce the results of the law will give different opinions. Viewing the film and the perspective of "In This Corner of the World" together, we can better understand the reasons for the polarization of evaluation. When restoring historical scenes, the restoration of character language is bound to be involved. For the German trial, the film still uses English instead of the native language German. In this case, in order to be close to the truth, the voice of the translation and the use of headphones by the actors are to remind the audience that people of different nationalities are indeed used to communicate with each other. Different languages, this form is a textbook, of course, the use of lens language and performance are excellent.
