monster epic

I won’t spoil the spoilers here. The storyline is relatively simple, and it is the usual way of telling a traditional monster movie. I want to be too harsh on it here, because this is not the strength of such large-scale movies. Tell a story It's complete, the relationship has been sorted out, and the joke is relatively natural. It's fine. You want to adjust it to "The Dark Knight". I can't help it. What I want to say is that Godzilla should not be as bad as he said.
The soundtrack is good, with a Japanese style in the bones, and the heavy drums create a rhythm of disaster.
As a visual effects film, this film is also quite standard, especially the scenes constructed from a lot of smoke and dust in the film create an epic atmosphere.
The story is quite satisfactory in terms of plot and narrative. It basically draws on the works of the predecessors, adopts the promotion method of traditional monster-type films, and slowly warms up through the prelude and co-authoring the tone of conspiracy theory. The powder that wants to hold the half-covered face of the pipa appears [Well, I really like the way this kind of story progresses].
The rhythm of the story is relaxed and moderate, and it is not blindly caught in the fight between monsters. The presentation of the historical data images in the title is really good, and it suddenly produces a sense of substitution.
Of course, some of the bugs in this film also crawled. The biggest one is that the people don't know the inside story. For them, both Godzilla and Mura are trolls that invaded human beings. Being able to tell which is good and which is bad, even the military government, who knows the inside story, can't guarantee what choice the last monster will make when he regains his senses. You must know that a monster of this magnitude can't stand a small waist. Up, where did the cheers come from? Who else said that all the human cannons will tickle Godzilla, and the monster will not lose his temper like an American soldier. Of course, it is important to kill the enemy, and it can't be shot in vain. To put it bluntly, these feelings of inconsistency are definitely the flaws of the film. Although there is a style of continuation of the series, at least the dross should be eliminated.
As for whether to use nuclear bombs and how to use the film, at least an explanation is given, so naturally there is nothing to do with human beings. It is better to leave it to the trolls, and the series of works are more consistent.
In general, these irrationalities are relatively moderated and weakly manifested under the majestic epic temperament that pervades the film. The process of watching the film is enough to be shocked by the breathtaking images presented on the screen, and there is no need to disturb yourself.

PS:
If you are holding the mentality of Huan Tai and screaming that I am here to watch monsters and fight monsters, this film will probably disappoint you. This is determined by the narrative style of the film, and there is no difference between good and bad.
If you expect Lao Bai to fight the prehistoric monsters and save mankind in the end, then you will encounter even greater despair, because Comrade Lao Bai will be given a bag after he brings out the story, and I also feel a sense of loss in this regard. The more mellow, the more fragrant.] But after all, this is the epic of a giant beast, and he has no relationship with Lao Bai, and he praises him for being a guide.
