venom

I watched the movie the night after training, Venom. At that time, the training mentioned that the key word of this movie is the unity of man and nature, but after watching it, I did not particularly understand the relationship between this word and the movie. My current experience is relatively shallow in understanding this movie. The protagonist Eddie, as a news reporter, knew that he shouldn't but still read his girlfriend's email, and made a foolish act, so that the plot of the movie could continue to develop logically, but it couldn't stand scrutiny when thinking about it. How does a character as a journalist end up being loved by the audience? I mentioned his stupid behavior earlier when he questioned a secret he shouldn't have known during an interview with Foundation boss Drake. I lost my job and my girlfriend lost my job. Later, an accident made him merge with the alien life form Venom. Venom kept saying that Eddie was a coward, and the two had an infinite relationship.

What this superhero movie taught me:

1. The "chosen" superhero may not necessarily have a bright appearance or be full of justice. It may also be a poor loser like Eddie.

2. Don't underestimate the "weak chicken" who has been forbearing (neighborhood band boy)

3. The villain can also be charming and cute (the venom is whitewashed, and the bad guys who robbery will be taught later)

At first, Venom had too high expectations, and then the foreign media lowered the expectations to the bottom in batches, and then I saw it for myself and found that it was actually pretty good, so in the end, ordinary users' ratings should actually be okay.

Actually this is a romance movie, domineering alien creatures fall in love with me. The fighting scenes were extremely salty and wet, with body fluids, tongues, big mouths, and harrass flying all over the place

Venom quotes

  • Venom: You come in here again... In fact, you go anywhere in this city, preying on innocent people, and we will find you and we will eat both of your arms and then both of your legs. And then we will eat your face right off your head. Do you understand?

Shakedown Thug: [stammering] No. No. Please...

Venom: Yes. So, you will be this armless, legless, faceless thing, won't you, going down the street like a turd in the wind? Do you feel me?

Shakedown Thug: What the hell are you?

    VenomEddie Brock: WE... are Venom.

    [glances at the thug's head]

    VenomEddie Brock: On second thought...

    Shakedown Thug: [Terrified] Please...

    [screams as Venom eats him]

Mrs. Chen: [a shocked Mrs. Chen is gaping at him] Eddie? What was that?

Eddie Brock: Oh... I have a parasite. Yeah. Good night, Mrs. Chen.

  • Venom: The one with Drake is Riot.

    Eddie Brock: Who's Riot?

Venom: Riot is what you call a team leader. He has an arsenal of weapons.

Eddie Brock: Drake's got his own Symbiote.

    Venom: He is unstoppable.

    Anne Weying: Oh, great.

Venom: We have to got to go!

Eddie Brock: Go where? Where we going?

Anne Weying: Well, I'm coming with you.

Venom: No! It's going to get ugly.

Eddie Brock: Well, she can fight ugly. Trust me.

Anne Weying: Yeah, I can fight ugly.

    Venom: [emerges] Not today.

    Anne Weying: Oh, that's bullshit!
