not bad

Today I watched "The Mummy" 1 and 2 in one go. If I thought it was a little scary when I just watched 3 yesterday, I really got used to it today. When the camera showed a mummy with closed eyes and slowly approached, I knew that the next moment he was about to open his eyes and scream. So, not scary at all.
One of the scenes that touched me the most was when O'Connor and Immorton tried to climb up at the end of 2. Under the danger, O'Connor asked Eve to go first, but she ran over to pull him desperately, and was finally saved; Immorton called Ansuna to save him, but she ran away alone, so she was disheartened Immerton gave up his struggle, let go with tears and fell into a pile of monsters, over. In contrast, the love between Immorton and Ansuna seems so vulnerable. But the plots of Parts 1 and 2 are more or less revolved around Immorton wanting to bring Ansuna back to life after the two stay together, which seems even more ironic.
Regarding the scene of Immorton's death, I was wondering if he would have been so desperate if he didn't love Ansuna, and then he might be able to climb up with a little effort. It can be seen that a monster with weak points is no more powerful than that. It just fulfilled that sentence from the opposite side, without desire is rigid.

I watched it on the movie channel when I was a child, it can be said to be the first horror movie I watched in my life. It can be seen that the cost of the first film is not particularly high. The climax of the whole film takes place in an Egyptian town, but because it is so compact, it is easy to make people nervous. The final duel in the pyramid is a classic battle.

The classic is the classic after watching the new mummy to wash the eyes. The heroine is really silly and endearing. Even mummies are not so annoying. People are most afraid of obsessions, otherwise they will not dissipate for three thousand years.

  • Beni: You never believed in Hamunaptra, O'Connell. Why are you going back?

    Rick: You see that girl?

    [points to Evelyn]

    Rick: She saved my neck.

Beni: You always did have more balls than brains.

  • Winston: You know, O'Connell, ever since the end of the Great War, there hasn't been a-a single challenge worthy of a man like me.

Rick: Yeah? We all got our little problems today. Don't we, Winston?
