1. In fact, the core idea of the film is quite good. It tries to reverse the flow of time and try to perform "reverse" style performance and scene scheduling in terms of audio-visual language, and the picture is innovative. However, the war scene at the end is too large, and the speciality of the bullet backfire is not obvious. If the story uses less guns and more hand-to-hand combat, the picture effect may be more strange.
2. The high concept part is not as fancy as imagined. Although the lines are entropy, grandfather paradox and nuclear reaction, it is only a special line, very straightforward and shallow, and there is no in-depth exploration of high concepts in the plot.
3. The main story line is quite satisfactory. Find the bad guys and beat the bad guys. From the male protagonist's point of view, the first 70% of the whole story is exactly like the Zhang Hui web task mode. Follow the clues to go to several places in order, and fight a dozen of them in each place. Make a fuss.
4. The big problem lies in the character design. The correct setting of white and left politics is too harmful. Most of the time, black male protagonists focus on saving the world and saving young women who have been abused by domestic violence. If we can focus on the friendship between the male protagonist and his partner (who lacks drama and looks very weak) from the orphans and widows, the film can be upgraded to a higher level.
5. As for what the villain is going to do, it seems to be a trivial matter, and it is a commonplace for future people to interfere with modern people. And the terminally ill arms dealer has no villain charm except the hysterical wife of domestic violence; this is the director who has filmed the dark knight...
6. The black protagonist has not grown up, has no human entanglement, and has no independent thinking. The whole process goes through the motions; the female protagonist has completed the transformation from Xianglin's Wife to the Red Detachment of Women, but it has nothing to do with the timeline; Out of the seemingly ok to sneak into the fake Dafa; but I didn't expect that what I saw before was the self who went against the flow of time
7. Most of the movies that play the timeline are not bad or not. There must be bugs in the settings, but the rhythm is fast to cover up all the ugly; the action line of the villain is relatively non-linear, but there are still small details worth pondering. But the embarrassing thing is that I don't really want to brush it twice...
8. For friends who are familiar with sci-fi and high concepts, the setting seems to be childish; for ordinary audiences, there are barriers to understanding; for Nolan's passer-by fans, it is much more disappointing. When it comes to the level of director, Kubrick is a real god who is very conspicuous in any genre. Nolan has been living on his own and getting more and more backward.
