I arrived at the theater early the next day. The first person to enter the theater found the most positive seat and took a sip. Then, when I turned around, the next few rows were basically full, and the seats were full 10 minutes before the opening. I don't know if there are more people who love reading books than people who love watching movies. Compared with the pale movie propaganda, the bestseller's momentum is subtle but its influence is quite extensive and turbulent.
I admire Ron Howard's courage, and indeed, Dan Brown's novels have the urge to bring them to the screen. But for "Digital Castle" and "Angels and Demons", "The Da Vinci Code" is his best and most difficult to interpret a classic. During the whole process of watching the movie, I watched it while recalling the plot in the book. It was like a process of measuring the deviation of the movie with a ruler that I already had in my heart, which made me feel lost. . The filming that is faithful to the original cannot have too much innovation, making the film a real race against the original. The 2 hours and 25 minutes of the run left Hanks and Tatu breathless, but the end result was just them. Just jumping to finish the prescribed route, but the scenery along the way is not taken into account.
Perhaps for audiences who have never read the book, understanding this movie has become the goal, but Howard's performance is really not easy. Maybe this movie can be used as a guide for the book, because I saw it when I went to the bookstore yesterday, The large-scale stills of Hanks, Tatoo, and Reynolds were made into publicity boards for the book "The Da Vinci Code".
