Caesar was a wise leader, but there was no guarantee that he would always be understood by his subordinates. There are always radicals and pacifists, yearning for peace seems to be the ideal of most people, but there are always factors that are not conducive to peace for various reasons - protecting yourself or taking revenge on others.

I remember watching that movie when I was very young. A small group of humans arrived on a planet. The planet was ruled by orangutans. They had their own culture, education, courts, medicine, etc. Anatomy, used in medical research. In the end, they escaped with the help of some orangutans, but found the Statue of Liberty lying in the sea on the coastline, and suddenly realized that this was the earth.
