The corners of my eyes water when the word Home is mentioned in the movie.
This isn't just a special effects popcorn blockbuster.
The last long shot of the film is particularly thought-provoking.
With a small sigh, there is a lack of trust in our impetuous society now.
Between people, between people and animals.
If animals have human intelligence, I hope they don't get too complicated.
After the screening, there was an interview with director Matt Reeves, who is also an alumnus of the USC Film School. Matt is so cute, dressed up in a light grey suit with a bow tie. He always kept a very excited state and chatted with us a lot of details of the shooting, and there were constant grooves. It can be seen that he was very satisfied with the results of his filming.
It's rare to see a film with a perfect combination of special effects and plot. My favorites are AI, District 9 and Life of Pie.
