The visuals are right on set, and even Disney's production has a lot of improvements here over their recent work though. From the environment, filming and character design it looks more refined.
The story is thrilling, moving, imaginative and has all the elements you need to engage your average Joe. It's not the most ambitious endeavor as far as the exploration of the theme goes, but it's not very reserved either for the Disney production (actual characters die, is it recognized? The protagonist briefly seeks revenge for murder? Unusually dark, I love it.)
So all There's really nothing to complain about, just not giving it credit for a film on the fringes of either land. (Didn't say a word, I know) Dabai and Xiaohong are iconic enough to go down Disney's lore and the princess or Peter Pan. The same goes for colorful ones like Mustard, Gogo, Honeylemon and Fred, But a well-crafted support role. All the agencies/archetypes that come with it are pleasing to the eyes of today's modern social norms.
It's a tiring practice that seems to get out of its way to pleasing as many people today are possible without having one The style is marked. However, this is a kind of progress, from a creatively stagnant studio.
