world war

Spielberg's "War of the Worlds" can be regarded as a highly anticipated movie. Before going to the theater, I read a movie review written by an insider. It is said to be the "most shocking" movie of the year, which made my appetite high. I also deliberately chose a secluded afternoon session to watch, for fear that there would be no seats.
Facts prove once again: the higher the expectations, the greater the disappointment. Although the tension effect of the whole film is very familiar, it does not show any heavyweight scenes and shots. Obviously this time the big director wants to find a different way and follow the route of ordinary people. There is no battle map, no generals, no alien fleet... But it turns out that without these gimmick elements, the film is not enough fun, these vulgar elements are a good business. Fundamentals of sci-fi war movies. And Spielberg's gripping creations in "War of the Worlds" are nothing more than the tricks he has proven countless times in movies like "Judgment Park" and "Jaws."
There are many clues in the movie that were not explained clearly, including the stubborn rebel, his son, and the death of the alien at the end. It was very rushed. It's sloppy looking at yourself.

A score of 7.5 is slightly underestimated. The main reason is that the boss behind is very sudden, and the audience is inexplicable, forming a kind of anticlimactic impression. The feeling of the future is very strong, and there is no serious problem in general. After all, Spielberg is a celebrity director, but there are no more things that he wants to see. The little girl's character is very unpleasant, but I think it is unwise to give a low score to the movie because you don't like a character.
