If GA is a bloody romance drama in a medical drama, House is a criminal investigation drama in a medical drama. This Sherlock Holmes modern AU medical AU fan show is amazing, House/Wilson is amazing, Hugh Laurie is amazing. Ah, I'm so good at this one (cries).
