The perfect cast underpins the whole movie

To be honest, there are too many flaws in logic. Biggest bug avenue The story doesn't hold. Humans are building space cities, and technology is super developed! Robots can basically do all the work, and the consequence is that the population has dropped significantly, people don't need to have children, and they can live forever. So the story of the movie doesn't work. But the story is about a revolution, which is kind of interesting. If human beings do not have the revolutionary spirit, they are animals. This powerful idea supports the story, and the excellent actors support the film. Small logic bug, since the technology is so advanced, there is always a solution to the earth's problems. A small place can live comfortably, and the whole earth is in chaos. How can this small place last for a long time? ? ? The people in Elysium are selfish and mentally retarded.

The mythical motif behind this film is actually that Prometheus steals fire and benefits mankind, and treats it as a fable, and then I don't worry about the rationality of the world view. ps, Judy Foster is really a good actor.

Watching this movie is still worthy of Chinese people's reminiscence of the past. From class struggle to class antagonism, this society has never stopped complaining. Such a civilian epic is still very naive, from the setting to the solution, and it is not worthy of deep thinking. The first half of the layout stage was pretty good, but I got sleepy in the chaos in the back.

Elysium quotes

  • Crowe: Ate the fuckin' grenade, eh?

    [checking the scanner]

Drake: His brain is fine, but he's gonna be *pissed* when he wakes up, eh?

  • Matilda: There once was a meerkat who lived in the jungle. He was hungry, but he was small. So small. And the other big animals had all the food, because they could reach the fruits. So he made friends with a hippopotamus to...

Max: [interrupting her] Okay, stop. It doesn't end well for the meerkat.

Matilda: Yes it does, because he can stand on the hippopotamus's back to get all the fruits he wants.

Max: What's in it for the hippo?

Matilda: [precociously] The hippo wants a friend.
