Although I haven't read the original novel of "Divergent", fortunately there will be no spoilers or comparisons with the novel. From this film alone, I personally think it is worth watching. The film builds a grand and complex world view, in which there are five factions, the Selfless, the Honest, the Fearless, the Friendly and the Lore. When every young man reaches the age of 16, he must choose his own faction. No matter which faction you belong to, you must decide which faction you belong to for life on that day and do your duty for the society. So the story unfolds, and the heroine tests herself in a faction test to be an extremely rare divider, meaning she doesn't belong to any faction. But she still chose the Fearless faction at will, and met the new mentor, the male protagonist. The heroine not only has to pass the freshman test, but also tries her best to hide the identity of her disagreement. In addition, the two protagonists will spare no effort to prevent the massacre caused by the battle between the factions.

As far as the plot is concerned, it is not an easy task to finish a novel in just over two hours, but the movie still very clearly outlines the five factions and the special group of divergents. Among them, the various tests and challenges of the fearless group remind people of the unrestrained parkour family, which is cool and cool. The wonderful freshman training and the youthful love story make the previous stories very full on the whole. But some of the villains in the latter part appeared in a hurry and made soy sauce in a hurry, so it was a bit anticlimactic. In addition, the heroine's parents died, but the 16-year-old girl was completely unmoved, which felt a little unreal.

It is worth mentioning that the psychological warfare attack and defense in the second half of the movie is very exciting, and the concrete confrontation of psychological activities is more fun than the sparring of a group of silly men, sons and daughters in the first half. When the actor gave the heroine a psychological challenge test, he said that when you enter the psychological space, you will see what you are most afraid of. Be able to overcome it successfully and you can become fearless.

In terms of roles, the male and female protagonists are so youthful and beautiful, just looking at them is eye-catching. Kate Winslet is very sophisticated. Although he played the villain, he still felt as beautiful and young as when he played the Titanic (unlike Xiao Li), and there was also MaggieQ who played the tattooist in the supporting role.

I heard that there will be three follow-up films in this film series, so I still look forward to the follow-up development, and I can also find time to make up for the novel.
