We are all children of God, descended into every corner of the world. Fate has given us all skin tones, but we are all children of God.

I love this movie that moved me. From the perspective of black nannies, they described the discrimination and experiences they suffered. But it's not as serious as other racist films. There are many humorous and humorous, and of course there are ironies. Every character is very vivid and rich in characters. It's a great movie~

Black people have centuries of dark history. Especially in the period when the black slaves were not freed and emancipated, they had a very hard time, and their human rights were also very suppressed. Even now, this prejudice cannot be completely eliminated.

Movies take place before liberation. Every wealthy white man lived in a comfortable villa, and black women would work in each villa in order to survive, serving as babysitters or helping with children. Some black nannies can work hard and stay in one home for the rest of their lives. The little girl she brought grew up and became a family, and she continued to bring the children born by the little girl. It should be said that such an existence is no longer just to complete work and tasks, but emotionally should also be a close member of the family. But there is a lot of discrimination against black people. Black nannies are not allowed to eat at the same table as they are, and they are not allowed to go to the same bathroom as themselves. Lack of trust in black people, always thinking that they will do harm and stealing, and always frame them. Legally, being a black man cannot get any legal protection. The protagonist, the black nanny, talked about the death of his son. After being hit by a white car, he threw it to the hospital without caring, and finally died of blood loss. But the other party has no guilt and no responsibility.

In addition to the black nanny as the protagonist, there is also a white girl who is super good-looking (played by Emma Stone), and she is a flesh-and-blood writer in it. She saw the injustice against black people and wanted to collect the real thoughts and situations of all black maids and write a book for them. The maids were particularly resistant at first, because they were afraid that if they were discovered, they would encounter many attacks and things that would be detrimental to their families. So it takes courage to speak out. But when one of the black maids was reported by the hostess and taken to the police station. All the black maids were finally inspired to pluck up the courage to tell the writers their different experiences individually. The overall story of the film does not give a very tragic conclusion, nor does it consistently present the badness of white people in the film. Among them, the heroine writer and the beautiful villa woman Celia are the ones who accept black people. And because black people were shot and killed on TV, the affirmative action led by Martin Luther King Jr. was also in full swing, and Mississippi, where the writer heroine was located, was at the forefront of the struggle. Everything is going in a better direction, maybe a book is just a little bit of help for such a huge black racial issue, but everything is a good start. In addition to being humorous, this film has many tears. The theme of race is not old, and it will still impress us with flesh and blood.

But through this film, we should face up to the word "discrimination" more. Not just racism. There are all kinds of discrimination in society. As long as this part of the population is a minority, they will be discriminated against. This is a behavioral habit that has existed since ancient times. Age, education, gender and other factors will be discriminated against. Even today, we can still see some blatant discrimination in job advertisements.

Shouldn't we lend a helping hand to those who are discriminated against, or follow the crowd and become discriminators? So if there are people who are discriminated against and treated unfairly in the unit or school around you, please be brave to help! Indifference is also a form of discrimination. I hope this film can bring different people, different help~

It’s strange that the two film adaptations of the original I have read this year are not satisfactory. The costumes and backgrounds of this film are very retro, but unfortunately they are just vain. Emma Stone’s performance is too modern.

Intolerance and hatred, great love and communication. Maybe a few years later, there will be a "help" that belongs to homosexuality.
