A little rough idea about the viewing experience~

Some of the ideas that popped up while watching this movie, although very simple, rough, and probably have long been summed up by advanced systems, are always good things, so I took this opportunity to scribble it down.

(The following discussion is not limited to this film. Since I was inspired by the viewing experience of the two "Walking with the Gods" I watched a few days ago, I also wrote some views of "Walking with the Gods".)

When I watch a movie, there are generally four types of mentality:

The first: Actively watch the movie. Knowing what type of movie this is before watching a movie, there is an obvious purpose when watching a movie, you will find out whether the movie has something you expect, and evaluate a movie based on the quality of this thing provided by the movie. For example, when watching a comedy film, you will look for funny bridges, when watching a mystery film, you will pay attention to whether the plot is logical, when watching a literary film, you will mobilize your sensibility to experience the atmosphere created in the film, and when watching a suspenseful film, you will pay attention to the setting and driving effect of the suspense. and revealed rationality. Once a movie gives me what I want and is of great quality, I think it's a great movie, and I don't care much about other things. For example, I don't care whether the plot of a literary film is strictly logical.

The second: passive viewing. The movie introduction, preview, and even just a poster attracted me. I was curious about the story this movie was going to tell. I didn't set specific expectations before watching the movie, and I didn't look for anything when watching the movie. Instead, I waited for the movie to give surprises. Afterwards, judge the film based on whether you think the story is interesting, ingenious, and unexpected enough.

The third type: Attracted by actors. Having seen the works of the actors and actresses, and have a good understanding of their acting skills or their consistent screen image/style, they will pay attention to their performance in this film. Maybe the plot of a certain movie is flawed and the production is not exquisite, but the actors have excellent performances, and I will also think this movie is good.

Fourth: Attracted by music and photography. It is similar to the third type, but so far, there are not many experiences of watching movies with this mentality.

I chose to watch the series "Bourne Bourne" with the first mentality. I watched the first and second films. Although the story is very simple, very dramatic, and has no deep themes (typical commercial films), but Still very happy to watch: the fighting scenes are real and exciting, the connection between the clips is tight and smooth, the plot is concise, no nonsense, the positioning is very accurate, and there is no attempt to join some other discussions. Similar to eating hot and sour noodles, the proprietress brought a soup that is hot and sour and greasy enough, fried with coriander and soybeans with all kinds of condiments, and the flour is authentic. It's full, although it's not really nutritious food or high-end cuisine, but I feel satisfied when I check out. Adding the fish and meat at the wrong time would make this bowl of hot and sour noodles weird.

A few days ago, I watched the first and second "Walking with God". Before watching it, I was curious about the stories told in the films, and I was very confident in the actors, so I expected the excellent production team and actors to give me a fantastic movie viewing experience. I did "wow" many times while watching the movie, and I clearly felt that the production team and actors made great efforts in a very professional manner, but unfortunately some important aspects were not done well enough, so overall The language did not meet my expectations. These two films can be regarded as "fantasy films", and the scenes and special effects are very important, and I am looking forward to this aspect due to the high investment and the rich experience of the production team. The scenes in the film are indeed very grand, and a lot of special effects are used, but when watching the film, there is always the idea of "it's a special effect" and "a little fake", and there is still a gap compared with Hollywood, Marvel, and Disney movies. In terms of plot, the concept of "Seven Trials in Hell" is interesting, but the specific story is not very attractive. In several trials, when exposing the life experience, it may be a bit boring due to narrative problems. And I think the film is a bit blunt when it talks about family, partners, and human nature, and I think some climaxes can even be regarded as forced sensationalism. I've seen all the main actors before watching these two movies and have confidence in their acting, but it's weird that I don't think they've played (in my mind) the level they have in this movie, The three messengers in particular, there are some clips that I even feel embarrassed about...maybe the reason for the story? The reason for the clip?
