The interspersed film structure, the many British stars, the love story, these have become the elements that attract me. How many stories can happen in the four weeks before Christmas, and how many people's lives can be changed during this time, this film should give people the answer.
It is not necessarily possible to count the 10 love stories in the movie (I prefer to call it a 10 love story rather than a love story. Although it is only one word apart, the meaning and content can be very different) , some of the stories touched me in the tiniest of places.
Relatively speaking, my favorite is the part between a British writer and a Portuguese woman, the love between two people with different languages. Especially in the dialogue after diving for the manuscript, the tacit understanding and affection between the two people only made me feel that love, even if the language is not clear, can not be stopped. The dialogue at the end of the film is still one in English and the other in Portuguese. The difference is the speaker. They learn each other's language for the sake of each other who doesn't know if they will ever meet again. WHY? The woman answered "JUST IN CASES", just in cases they will meet. This kind of love is touching.
And the best man, silently pressing his love in his heart, until the bride saw the video tape full of her features, she suddenly realized why he never spoke to him. On Christmas Eve, he stood at the door and expressed his feelings with a letter board, she chased the kiss behind the door, his brief enough. Every scene is simple but meaningful.
All kinds of people with different identities, Different languages, different ages, but LOVE is a common theme. Love actually is all around.
The existence of family, love, and friendship makes the world so beautiful. It doesn't matter how you express your love, or how you suppress it, it makes you a truly emotional person, full of joys and sorrows. In fact, it doesn't need to be so heartbreaking or earth-shattering, the beauty in the ordinary is the most shining, the most moving and the most unforgettable thing.
