look at what I forgot to look at

The beginning of this movie and the series seems to be either a train running on the same track, or the most uncomfortable place for me to watch the movie. I can't describe this style in detail, the front is all about cyber, but when it came to some of the plots of Zion, I once had the illusion that "this is about interstellar Zerg mech combat". Am I watching The Matrix, or StarCraft?

Zou Zhaolong's role as Seraph is amazing. It can be said that his action scenes are much more beautiful. Not talking about the moves, I have no intention of criticizing the softness and vainness of the first action, because after all, it is not a professional martial arts, and the plot is in the Matrix, so it can also be taken care of. But the solid and stable feeling of his actions as soon as he comes out, the feeling that his strength is nailed into the human body, is absolutely irreplaceable for special effects.

In short, it is not as amazing as the first movie, and it may not be consistent in concept. It is not a loss to put a novel shell on the special effects of the action scenes in a popcorn movie.

The Matrix Revolutions quotes

  • [as the Hammer heads for Zion]

Lock's Lieutenant: Sir, their EMP could take out every sentinel up there.

Lock: It'll take out more than that. It'll wipe out our entire defense system. We blow an EMP inside there, we'll lose the dock.

Lock's Lieutenant: Sir, we *already* lost the dock.

  • [war has ended]

Morpheus: I have imagined this moment for a long time. Is it real?
