Dr. Strangelove is an adaptation of Peter George's novel Red Alert, full of dark humor. The film, directed by Kubrick, is one of the "Future Trilogy", the other two are "2001: A Space Odyssey" and "A Clockwork Orange."

Beneath the absurd exterior, the film hides the director's deep concerns. Every character in the story, from the protagonist to the supporting cast, is irrational and full of madness. And because of these crazy people, how many innocent people suffer misfortune, this is what makes people think after watching the movie.

Although the picture of the film is black and white, it does not detract from its expressiveness, and even adds a power of light and shadow. The footage of the film is also smooth, which helps the viewer to watch the movie. In addition, the acting skills of the actors are also very good. For example, Peter Sellers plays the role of the triangle in the film, but each role is not confusing to the audience. The audience only knows they are played by one person after seeing the cast.
