I believe that every audience who comes out of the "Mission Impossible 4" movie theater will subconsciously become alert because of the plot. At the same time, there will be sweat stains on the palms of the hands because of its thrilling. The sixth-grossing film of 2011 earned worldwide acclaim for its dazzling high-tech and thrilling spectacle.
A successful animated film director, Brad Bird brings to his formidable strengths in his first "live-action" film. From the smoothness of the characters' movements, to the compactness between the front and back links, to the horror in the visual senses, Bird uses his unconstrained way of thinking in directing animation, and implements and realizes it with no substitutes and no synthesis. These "impossible" pictures we see today. The moments that are full of explosive power and fast and unrepeatable are really exciting. The funny clips and humorous lines interspersed from time to time also let the audience relax a little while pinching their sweat. These quips, which Bird draws from his animations, adorn the film very subtly.
In fact, this work, which took half a year to shoot and was shot across six countries, besides the splendor on the screen, the biggest highlight is its IMAX giant screen image. As Brad Bird said, the visual sense that IMAX brings is absolutely impossible to experience in 35mm film, which is why all the pictures look so realistic and shocking. The reason for choosing IMAX over 3D is that Bird hopes that it will bring people a clearer and higher-quality visual experience directly, without relying on those special glasses. If you haven't had an IMAX addiction in the theater, you have to leave this regret.
It's a pity that the film put too much energy into the effect, making the plot sacrifice. "Mission: Impossible 4" is slightly inferior compared to "Inception" and "Source Code", which are plot-driven films. But perhaps it's the simple storyline that keeps the audience focused on the visual impact.
Although the film is very American, and everyone knows that it will end in a happy ending, everyone will still follow its rhythm and stay on the screen. From this point of view, it is enough to see its strong appeal. Of course, it is not ruled out that some people are going to Tom Tom, wanting to see how he can control this role of saving the world again when he knows his destiny. Facts have proved that apart from a slight trend of sagging pectoral muscles, his demeanor is still charming. At the same time, the rumor that "Tang Lang's talents are exhausted" was easily broken, and he created his own legend of immortality. This time, he personally put out $140 million to invest in the film, which is really a good bet.
