Well, no matter what, but freaks have freaks' obsession, and they have to squeeze other people's heads with their hands in hand-to-hand combat. You know, the skull is the hardest bone in the human body. If you were not so persistent and twisted slightly, by twisting the first segment of the spine and killing people, the ending would be very different.
Either way, it's a movie worth seeing in the cinema.
