I really like the characters of Jim, Pork, Sulu. In times of crisis, Jim was reluctant to abide by the fixed rules. He believed that life safety was the most important thing. He was wise, brave, and tolerant. For the crew, he insisted on his beliefs and was willing to give his life.
Polk, his look is interesting and impressive, he was an annoying character at the beginning, Jim rescued Polk, Polk followed the rules to report Jim's violation of principles to his superiors, as he understood, everything had to conform Logic does not allow lying. Later, when he was Jim's deputy, even if he disagreed with Jim's point of view, he fully supported it. He has always been calm and cautious. In exchange for Jim returning to the Enterprise, he was wise, blowing up the force of the main ship. Learned emotion, no longer stubborn simple right or wrong.
Sulu, when he was the acting captain, had a strong aura. When everyone was about to evacuate, he stuck to his post.
