The original work is definitely profound and classic, the film’s expressive power is limited, what should be faded is not enough to fade, what should be rendered is not rendered, and the real sense of life is not well grasped. This is also the key point of the adaptation of science fiction themes. But overall it's not bad.
Regarding the theme, the only heroine who is not blind is God, saving the blinded people, but on the other hand, she sees this cruel world, a microcosm of society, the sins behind the establishment of order, and naked desires. When one day, the eyes of sentient beings are no longer covered, will this dependence still exist? What can be done after seeing everything, bloody reality, stress and fear are everywhere.
