"HOT FUZZ" by Agatha Christie

I have never been interested in cop and gangster movies, because most of them are mentally retarded enough to watch for two minutes to deduce all the plots.

But this time is different. The small village in the UK that has been quiet for 20 years without criminals, the town residents who are gentle and frightened by loving themselves, and the detective police who are busy eating ice cream all day, are simply the novels written by Agatha Christie such as "Calm Town" It's hard not to be interested in the cross-time and space reappearances of "The Sins of the Dead" and so on!

The development of the story is also in line with the writing style of Agatha's novels, with witty dialogues full of British humor, extreme attention to subtle details, the focus of each case has been secretly prompted, the characters' lingering dialogue, neurotic expressions, even if Those movies that are remakes of Agatha Christie's novels can't convey the spirit of the British detective theme as perfectly as this movie!

Like all police movies, there are tense action scenes, the difference is that all the action scenes in this one turn into a mockery of Hollywood movies. The scene at the beginning of the movie reminds me of another bad film by John Woo, "Cracks of Memory", and there is even a famous scene in which a group of white pigeons fly; The killer is not too cold", the whole shape of the gun and toothpick on the back is the British country version of "Jedi Men"; the appearance of riding a white horse even reminded me of the Headless Horseman.

The melee in the climax part is even more interesting, western films, street fighting films, car chase films, costume swordsmanship films, war films, epic films... All kinds of Hollywood action films are all-encompassing, and each positive character is how to fight. They can't be beaten to death, and the bad guys insist on doing evil until the last moment.

For an audience like me who is obsessed with Agatha Christie novels and hated Hollywood action movies, what else is there to say about this movie? Simply flawless!
