The word "Black Panther" has a deeper social background and historical origin in American society. In the fall of 1966, the Black Panther Party for Self Defense was formed in Oakland, California, to protect the black community from white police brutality. By December 4, 1969, the group was in decline, with most of its leaders in prison or in exile. On the same day, 21-year-old Illinois Panthers chairman Fred Hampton and 22-year-old member Mark Clark were raided and killed by American police in their Chicago apartment.

The Black Panthers are not racists, but they denounce the oppression of blacks and whites by capitalists and their corporate power structures. In response to Black Panther's curtain call on December 4, 1969, the U.S. Justice Department acknowledged police errors. A federal grand jury in Chicago ruled that the police grossly exaggerated the resistance of the Panthers and that at least 82 shots were fired at the Panthers' apartment, with only one shot apparently coming from the apartment. In honor of the sacrifices of Hampton and Clark, the surviving Black Panthers founded the December 4 organization, but it was only a hasty appearance and a hasty curtain call.

It can be said that the discrimination and injustice of black people in the United States is the social basis for this group to wish to have superhero endorsements. In a speech in Oakland, Black Panther leader Bobby Hill offered ten platforms, the most important of which are to freely decide the fate of the black community, secure jobs and livable housing, and build "a sense of our true history and our present day in America" social role”.

Stan Lee said that creating popular superheroes is about what is most urgently needed. Prince T'Challa, a tribute to the Black Equalizer Panther in the 1960s with a black leather jacket and black beret. Therefore, it has historical affinity and a good reputation abroad.
