such a drama

American TV shows have always been underestimated. I always feel that it is the extreme that movies can stand out in the world, while TV dramas must have certain cultural origins. Therefore, it is difficult for American TV dramas to be as widely recognized by us as Korean dramas.

"Emergency Room Story" looks really enjoyable, and it may be the kind of nervousness that aroused my interest in studying medicine. But our reality is not like that at all. "ER" is just an emergency room in the United States, and our most is Jiang Shan's "Never Give Up". Just like Hong Kong's forensics are all kinds of analytical instruments in the "Forensic Records", but ours can only be low-level like silver powder, brushes and tapes.

Although I learned authentic American slang in "Friends", it is difficult to match his bursts of laughter from time to time.

Although "Band of Brothers" is heart-wrenching, it does not give us more memories and reverie than "Blood Romance".

Watching "Sex and the City" is more about brand names and sexual openness.

Watching "24 Hours" is nothing but thrilling.

However, until one day, I suddenly discovered that "The Pretender" is really exciting to watch.

Now there is another "Prison Break" whose protagonist is also a genius.

Thrilling and tense for several nights, watching a group of prisoners' tunnel battles with prison guards. Everyone unanimously chose sympathy.

Political conspiracy and brotherhood have made people addicted.

And when we saw them successfully jump out of the prison walls in the final episode of the first season, we all breathed a deep sigh of relief.

All of a sudden, the classic back of "The Shawshank Redemption" in the rain appeared in my mind.

  • Michael Scofield: You kept it.

    Dr. Sara Tancredi: Kept what?

    Michael Scofield: The flower.

Dr. Sara Tancredi: Well, I'm a packrat. I never throw anything out.

Michael Scofield: [looks around the spotless infirmary] Yeah, well this clutter. It's... overwhelming.

Dr. Sara Tancredi: You should see my apartment.

Michael Scofield: Woah. We haven't even had our first date yet and you're already inviting me in. I thought you were a nice girl.

Dr. Sara Tancredi: Oh Michael, we all know nice girls finish last.

[motions for Michael to lift up his shirt]

Michael Scofield: So where do you finish?

Dr. Sara Tancredi: Depends on where I start. Deep breath.

[uses stethoscope to listen to Michael's heart beat, and looks up at him. Michael gives her the blue steel and forgets to continue breathing deeply]

Angela West: [suddenly walking in] Sara, we're backing up out here.

    Dr. Sara Tancredi: Right, sorry.

    [to Michael]

Dr. Sara Tancredi: I'll go get your shot.

  • Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell: [about the rising temperature in the cells] Not that hot?

[he points to an African American cellmate]

Theodore "T-Bag" Bagwell: When this guy woke up, he was white!
