Let’s talk about the story itself first, and the storyline with 4 can be summed up in one sentence: A man listened to the prophecy and did a series of things in order to prevent the prophecy from happening, causing him to die according to the prophecy—does it look familiar? Dare you say it's not familiar? Is the current boss of his meow a routine! Captain Blackbeard, you and Lord Voldemort are relatives at all! So Captain Barbossa is actually the savior reincarnated Jack, are you Dumbledore!
Well, the above is just a rant. Captain He's obviously not going to be an old man with a white beard - but I think the plus 4 plot is so bad that it's on full display.
Plus 4's bad plot doesn't stop there, its biggest flaw is the cliché of the plot. I personally think that the reason why a movie attracts attention is that its storyline is full of unknowns and surprises. The unexpectedness of the plot is the highlight of a movie, and this is not reflected in the plus 4, whether it is a mermaid or a missionary. That bad love story, or the so-called sacrifice of the captain's daughter for her father, or even the death of Blackbeard caused by the exchange of cups in the end, is nothing unexpected. It can even be said that these vulgar ones, you can guess the ending when you see the beginning, constitute the whole story of plus 4-a two-and-a-half-hour movie has no bright spots in the plot setting! Would you believe this kind of thing? But add 4 and that's it! There is absolutely nothing to watch in terms of the storyline! So this is not a Caribbean series at all, this is a crappy third-rate love action movie in a Caribbean skin! Director and screenwriter, have your brains been kicked by a donkey?
Well, because this film just came out, I won’t do much spoilers. In fact, the special effects of this film are very good, the battle scenes are also very beautiful, and the rhythm is very fast. In short, if you spend 60 yuan to watch it, it’s still not good loss.
By the way, the 3D effect of this film is very scum... not ordinary scum... slag to the point where there is almost no floating except for the subtitles and the director's name at the beginning... even flames and sea water can't float! The water splash from the mermaid's tail didn't even float up! So if you don't plan to watch MAX, it's better to watch 2D directly... It is said that 2D still has Easter eggs?
