Of course I disagree with this statement, because this work is an excellent science fiction work, especially about the physics time splitting theory that I admire the most – parallel worlds.
The 8 minutes mentioned in the film is actually a time vortex, or it can be interpreted as one of the convergence points of many time streams. A time vortex involves the continuation of endless parallel worlds. The most direct scene that reflects my point of view is that near the last scene, the two protagonists walk into a dome. Countless people in the dome map out an inconsistent vortex, while the male protagonist walks into a dome. Seeing a different self in the mirror image of the dome means the non-single continuity, relational anomaly, and surface changeability of the parallel world.
The assumption of the parallel world is that there is a common connection between the characters; when the time rift, which is itself a tributary, is brought together at an intersection by the connection of the hypothetical factors, and then branched in different directions, a huge bracket of the parallel world is formed. And one of the incidents in the movie touches the point that there is a world terrorist attack - a single factor variable - triggers the source code plan to start, the independent variable X - the protagonist enters the source code, and then successfully resolves the event to get the result Y - finally dies, then Y is more Factor variables are introduced to the intersection and enter a new parallel world! This change and causal variables lead to endless - A&B & infinite - parallel worlds!!
In the new parallel world, again because the old terrorist attack has been solved, and the new terrorist attack is about to start, the source code plan is restarted, the most The key and exciting thing is that if this point of view is true, then the movie may not be the benchmark measurement point as the center of the world from the beginning, but may be one of the thousands of parallel worlds of endless images.
As a new generation of sci-fi film directors, my skills are very deep, but although the ideas are good, the expression is still a bit obscure.
I believe there will be more good movies in the future, and look forward to new works.
