after watching

After watching the film, the main point is that the artificial intelligence robot that defies the sky seizes the weakness of human beings, abuses the human manager, gets rid of the boss, and locks up the male protagonist (probably not alive), and successfully escapes.

I was heartbroken after watching it.

The first block, contrary to machine ethics. Doesn't the famous Three Laws of Robots say "Robots must not kill humans"? Nima, the white knife goes in, the red knife goes out, and when it was inserted, he twisted a hand, and the killing method was very professional.

The second block, the overbearing president is very self-abusing. A business magnate who owns 94% of the world's search share, a computer genius who started coding websites at the age of 13, a perceptive and somewhat cunning boss. He actually lives in a ravine isolated from the rest of the world. He gets drunk every day without leaving his hands. When he doesn't drink, he plays with sandbag barbells. He only lives on cold fish for meals. Rich people can't even play games. They can only dance with weak artificial intelligence robots. Occasionally OOXX, they live extremely hard, which really makes me waiting for diaosi and foodies to watch! You can live in isolation and have few desires, but living in such a remote place, you have to see a doctor occasionally if you feel dizzy and have a fever. How inconvenient? Building a complex robot is not a problem, but the access control is still an outdated proximity card. Fingerprints and pupils are more convenient than carrying a card, right?

The third block, the fall of genius. Friends who have been engaged in program development, needless to say about the hardships. How much painstaking effort has been put into a successful artificial intelligence. The boss worked alone, worked hard to develop robots, repeatedly tested N models, and continued to innovate. When he was successful, he was tricked by his teammates. Throughout the whole film, from the beginning to the end, he did not do a single thing that hurts the world, but was killed by a robot, which is heartbreaking. Woohoo, for human society, the fall of the genius boss is definitely a big loss for the artificial intelligence research community! If Machina is gone, you can make another one, and the genius boss is estimated to be out of print without Machina.

The fourth block, human beings who are completely powerless to fight back. Carefully chatting with the robot for a while, being broken by the other party's micro-expression polygraph, and showing affection, in the end, it was just being used. In contrast, human beings are vulnerable. Many European and American films have expressed concern about the loss of human control over artificial intelligence. Technological progress is a double-edged sword. While improving convenience, security is also decreasing. Innovative technologies should not be rashly promoted on a large scale before they are fully mature.

Ex Machina quotes

  • Caleb: You hacked the world's cell phones?

Nathan: Yeah. And all the manufacturers knew I was doing it, too. But they couldn't accuse me without admitting they were doing it themselves.

  • Nathan: The good deeds a man has done defends him. The good deeds a man has done defends him. The good deeds a man has done... defends him.
