Lens color + classic soundtrack + absurd theme + tragic hero + touches on human nature + political satire + physical philosophy + Machiavelli-style "BOSS", just pick two or three points out, enough to give 5 stars
1. No wonder some people say that Zack Snyder is the best director of a comic book movie. Not only is the scene and picture closely restored, but the photography and colors are really excellent. Most of the shots can be used as posters.
2. The soundtracks are all very nice and suitable for the scene, especially Bob Dylan's "Time of Change", the lyrics reveal part of its connotation, and the scenes accompanying this song are known as film and television classics
3. Although we have never had superheroes around us, and we have never seen superheroes, but seeing the watchmen, I think if there are superheroes, they should be like this. There are good and evil, disputes, and disputes.
4. I really like the animation interspersed in the middle. Whether you are a savior or a villain, you can't even see it clearly. I think that's the theme of this movie too.
5. This is a film that depicts group portraits. Rorschach, Ye Xiao, Silk Soul, Jokesman, and even Pharaoh are all worth reading, but Dr. Manhattan amazes me the most. Why is there always slow motion when I come to him? He is the representative of quantum mechanics. His thinking, seeing everything in time, is actually slow motion
6. I won’t talk about the political metaphors in the whole article. Just talking about the ending, Pharaoh’s practice itself is a paradox. In terms of human nature, everyone is as unacceptable as Rorschach, but his approach has indeed achieved peace. We can do it. Like the night owls, I mourned for Rorschach, but unfortunately there is only one Rorschach in this world.
