Minority Report movie review

In addition to the confusing and gripping plot, the most eye-catching thing in the film is the imagination of the future human society. The last films to be released collectively reflect the vision of the future world, in which there are many high-tech means, some have become reality today, and some predict the development trend of tomorrow. 1. Control electrical appliances with your voice 2. Use your fingers to operate multiple images on the ultra-thin and transparent computer screen, and complete the instructions 3. There are cameras everywhere in subways and other public places to scan everyone's pupils for identification. In the plot, humans use the "prophet" who has the ability to perceive the future to detect criminal attempts, so criminals are arrested before they commit crimes. Regarding the ending of the film, it is also the embodiment of American thinking. They banned the criminal prevention system and released all the imprisoned people because of small loopholes. Foreign countries emphasize individualism, and they have a strong sense of self. In their opinion, their own is their own and cannot be occupied by others, while the Chinese emphasize collectivism and firmly support it, which is highly cost-effective. A cultural clash, their rights defense seems to us a selfish act, and our devotion is incomprehensible to them.

Revisited it again, still 5 stars, definitely Spielberg's TOP3

The first three quarters are desperately compressed to give the final outcome under the premise of continuity and focus. Colin was supposed to be saturated with his own characters to drive the plot, but instead he was dragged by the plot to appear rather thin. The initial hysteria of the Prophet was disturbing.
