It's the 11th holiday, and I found this old movie when I had time to watch it.
The movie tells the story of a man named Eddie loser who accidentally discovered a magical little pill NZT. After taking this pill, the brain can fully develop. After Eddie took the small pill, he wrote his long-delayed pill. Books, you can remember all the content you have browsed before, and your concentration and efficiency have been greatly improved, and you have reached the pinnacle of life. Of course, in the process, there were people who competed with him for the magic pill, all of which were blocked by Eddie.
Anyway, although I don't think this pill exists or not, it does give me a few feasible ways to improve brain focus and brain efficiency:
1. Organize the environment
I noticed a very interesting thing. When Eddie came back home after taking the small pills, he felt that the house was too messy. He immediately cleaned up several piles of dirty dishes, rearranged the furniture, and neatly arranged the bookcases... …
Then he began to write, and soon the manuscript was written.
Combining with the books I have read before, such as "Duan She Li" and "The Life Without Holding", I think that a messy environment will actually affect people's concentration to some extent. I feel that if the environment is more chaotic, it will actually make the brain a little confusing, but sometimes I may not realize it.
2. Influence reading - fast reading to absorb knowledge
In the early years, I read a book written by Kazuyo Katsuma about video reading, and this year I finally had the opportunity to participate in a three-day video reading course. Through effective methods, it is indeed possible to achieve a book a day and to really apply knowledge to practical work and life.
However, this way of reading and absorbing requires training.
3. Link the subconscious
The moment Eddie jumped off the cliff, the uncle came after him with a murder weapon. He recalled the moment when he took the last small pill, which I felt more like a link with his own subconscious.
Regarding the subconscious mind, I have been able to feel a little bit through meditation for several days recently. Moreover, after meditating, give yourself some hints that your concentration and work efficiency will be improved.
I have always believed that the human brain is far from being developed enough. So really looking forward to a little pill or a possible method.
