At the price of death, is the exchange for a harmonious existence?

Regarding "Jaws", it seems that it is not the first time I have watched it. I remember when I was a child, I always liked to watch horror movies, but I was afraid of seeing those scenes that were tangled in my heart, so I always needed my father to be with me, and I covered my eyes with my hands, and enjoyed those intoxicating horror scenes between my fingers.
For this movie, I remember that the first time I watched it was that the best movies of CCTV 6 had an appointment to play. Perhaps I remember correctly, because the knowledge of Spielberg also began at this time.
That year, he was only 29 years old. But at the age of 30, he was already a great director with countless halos on his body.
Since it was a good film that I had an appointment to see, I think it should be considered a good film. Perhaps, this is already understandable. After all, his success has become a milestone in the history of world cinema, whether as a drama or a so-called thriller, it doesn't matter.
The plot of the movie, from the confusing to the cloudy sky, the rhythm is tense, lively, and very comical, and the relaxation is very accurate. As a result, in such a 2-hour movie, there is not too much procrastination and sleepy boredom. It should be that I am more satisfied with the soundtrack. Since it is a thriller movie, the original soundtrack of the movie will give the audience an immersive aesthetic experience. However, what Spielberg did, I personally find it very comfortable. Because of the jumping rhythm soundtrack and the interlude, the shocking feeling of the whole movie is unprecedented for everyone. At least in the 1970s, this was a very unbelievable kind of talent. Maybe such a talent has indeed achieved such a person. director.
Perhaps, I like his idea more. Whether it is planting flowers intentionally or planting willows intentionally, I feel that the film should bring an experience of life. Whether the intrusion of the great white shark is a natural disaster or a man-made disaster, it is impossible to verify the plot of the film, and we are unable to guess.
Life, whether human or other species, seems to have turned into a farce in the context of human society. The so-called violation means that humans have interfered with the world of sharks, or whether sharks have strayed into human vision. And this kind of violation itself always indicates that it is impossible to end in harmony, and the director chooses the most cruel method of human beings from the perspective of human survival, and kills them. Perhaps as a human being, such an animal that uses brains and tools to rule the world, it is the most effective and so-called sensible way to solve such a contradiction of survival.
Sad or pitiful, as such a species, I believe that even I will do it. After all, we are all animals, and none of us can escape the fate of the original motivation and unconscious reflection of survival.
If there is life, there will be death, and this kind of price, it is worth thinking about whether it can be exchanged for a harmonious existence.

This kind of real horror movie God Horse is the most scary, alas, it was frightening to watch it all night. It’s better to think that you can use a bomb earlier, but the story is a little bit spread out. Although the ending is a little bit weak, but at least it is not out of the ordinary

Just marking, I still remember that the teeth of the great white shark scared me a lot back then, but now it looks fake and ridiculous, I have to admire the rapid progress of technology, which is actually not a good thing

Jaws quotes

  • Hooper: [Hooper attempts to wet his mask before Quint and Brody lower him in the shark cage] I got no spit.

  • [Hooper is examining the remains of the first victim, describing the post-mortem into his tape recorder]

Hooper: The height and weight of the victim can only be estimated from the partial remains...

[He lifts the sheet covering the remains, inhales sharply, then regains his composure]

Hooper: The torso has been severed in mid-thorax; there are no major organs remaining... May I have a glass of water, please?

    Medical Examiner: Sure.

Hooper: Right arm has been severed above the elbow with massive tissue loss in the upper musculature.

    [takes water]

    Hooper: Thank you very much.

    [sips the water and continues]

    Hooper: Partially denuded bone remaining...

    [to the M.E]

Hooper: This was no boating accident.

    [to Brody]

Hooper: Did you notify the Coast Guard about this?

Brody: No. It was only local jurisdiction.

Hooper: [continues post-mortem] The left arm, head, shoulders, sternum and portions of the rib cage are intact...

[Brody begins to light a cigarette]

Hooper: Do not smoke in here, thank you very much!

    [lifts up the severed arm]

Hooper: This is what happens. It indicates the non-frenzied feeding of a large squalus - possibly Longimanus or Isurus glauca. Now the enormous amount of tissue loss prevents any detailed analysis; however the attacking squalus must be considerably larger than any normal squalus found in these waters.

    [pulls off his glasses]

Hooper: Didn't you get on a boat and check out these waters?

    Brody: No.

Hooper: Well, this is not a boat accident! It wasn't any propeller, it wasn't any coral reef, and it wasn't Jack the Ripper!

[splashes water on his face and takes a deep breath]

    Hooper: It was a shark.
