Americans always like to shoot themselves in the foot, and again and again. In fact, Americans are the most afraid of people. They want to protect their own safety and freedom, but they often ignore the safety and freedom of others, and eventually put themselves in a more insecure situation.
There is also a translated name for the film, which is called Comprehensive Encirclement. I like this better. I don’t know who is surrounding whom, this is a problem
