God knows that children need heroes, courage, and dedication to set an example for each of us. Everyone loves heroes. People waited in line for them, cheering for them, shouting their names. Years passed and they would recall waiting countless hours in the rain just to see the man who taught them to hold on for one more second. I believe that there is a hero in each of us that keeps us honest, empowers us, ennobles us, and finally allows us to die proudly without regrets. Although sometimes we have to restrain ourselves and let go of what we most want, even our dreams.
