Peter Parker was afraid that the bad guys would hurt the people around him if they knew his identity as Spider-Man, so he painfully gave up his love with Mary and pretended not to care. Mary and Harry are together again, and the two are sweet in love. Peter saw it in his eyes and hurt in his heart.
When Dr. Octopus was doing the experimental demonstration, he failed to control the tritium element. In fact, he couldn't control it either. He suddenly became Dr. Octopus, causing harm to the world. Doctor Octopus and Spider-Man meet for the first time, and it's a no-brainer. He grabbed Peter's aunt, and Peter did his best to rescue him. Peter told the truth about his uncle's death that year.
Peter's Spider-Man powers are suddenly gone, and he's determined to get Mary back. Everything is going in a good direction, but Spider-Man is Spider-Man. When danger comes, he will naturally come forward. Doctor Octopus comes out and makes a deal with Harry. Harry wants Spider-Man to avenge his father, and Doctor Octopus wants tritium, the more the better.
Spider-Man and Doctor Octopus usher in the ultimate confrontation. Of course, Mary is also there. Spider-Man protects his beloved woman and fights evil at the same time. In the end, the righteous Spider-Man influenced the Doctor who had not completely destroyed his humanity, and the Doctor gave his life. Spider-Man saves the world again.
