Peter became a high school student in a flash and was often bullied for his frail body, but his sense of justice won the favor of his female classmate Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone). Peter Parker stumbled across his father's briefcase and got clues from his uncle, so he set off to visit his father's former partner Dr. Kurt Connors (Rhys Ifans) , Kurt Connors is committed to the study of cross-species genes, and Gwen Stacy is his female assistant. Peter, who was searching for clues in the company, was accidentally bitten by a spider, and his body changed strangely on the way back. Because his own business had nothing to do with himself, he indirectly led to the murder of Uncle Ben. Peter Parker put on a mask and became Spider-Man, while punishing evil and promoting good, generally pursuing the murderer who killed Uncle Ben.
Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy fall in love, and Gwen's father, the police chief, George, believes that Spider-Man is not the embodiment of justice, but an outlaw who attacked the public, and he should be brought to justice. Peter Parker used spider silk to pull Gwen into his arms, and the two had their first kiss.
Peter Parker provided the formula left by his father to Kurt Connors, and Kurt Connors successfully completed the regeneration experiment of severed limbs in mice. Under the pressure of the boss, and hoping that his long-lost arm can be restored, Kurt Connors injected himself with medicine. The arm recovered, but the good times didn't last long. Kurt Connors turned into a huge lizard man and began to wreak havoc on the city. He wanted to spray the medicine on the city through the spray device on the top of the company's tower, so that more people could complete the evolution. Peter Parker tried to stop it, and he called Gwen to ask her to go to Oss to get the reptile serum antidote. Peter Parker was caught on the road by the police, and George let him go after discovering Peter Parker's identity. Peter came to the top of the tower to fight with the lizard man Connors, and then George, who rushed to the Os Company to get the serum antidote from his daughter Gwen, also came to the top of the tower to help Peter fight the lizard man together. Unfortunately, George was stabbed by the lizardman. Peter successfully replaced the medicine of the lizardman Connors with a serum antidote and launched it. The lizardman Connors recovered his human form and rescued Peter, who was about to fall from the building. The police officer who had been infected with the drug also recovered, but George died of serious injuries. Before he died, he recognized the value of Spider-Man, but made Peter promise to leave Gwen and not let the closest people get hurt.
Gwen comes to Peter, and all of his classmates go to her father's funeral except for him. Peter tells Gwen not to see her again, which Gwen guesses is what his father told him to do.
Teacher: "Don't make promises you can't keep, Mr. Parker." Parker: "Yes, but it's all out of the best of intentions." Peter and Gwen are together again.

Peter bounced the football that was thrown away on the side of the playground and smashed the crossbar of the football field. It reminded me of Son Gohan who was in gym class for the first time; the fight scene between Spiderman and Lizardman reminded me of Ultraman fights little monsters.
Kurt Connors knew Spider-Man's identity from a camera with Peter Parker's name on it, Khan.
The truth about Peter's father has not been revealed, and a sequel is sure to be filmed.
