Peter became a high school student in a flash and was often bullied for his frail body, but his sense of justice won the favor of his female classmate Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone). Peter came to the top of the tower to fight with the lizard man Connors, and then George, who rushed to the Os Company to get the serum antidote from his daughter Gwen, also came to the top of the tower to help Peter fight the lizard man together. Unfortunately, George was stabbed by the lizardman. Peter successfully replaced the medicine of the lizardman Connors with a serum antidote and launched it. The lizardman Connors recovered his human form and rescued Peter, who was about to fall from the building. The police officer who had been infected with the drug also recovered, but George died of serious injuries. Gwen comes to Peter, and all of his classmates go to her father's funeral except for him. Peter tells Gwen not to see her again, which Gwen guesses is what his father told him to do.

End credits: Dr. Kurt Connors in prison is asked by You-Know-Who has told Peter the truth about his father, Connors replies no, and tells You-Know-Who to stay away from Peter.
