We may all hate the state when we are young, because it is a natural "evil", it is the biggest exploiter, forcing you to pay taxes, force you to do military service, force you to obey the law, and sometimes use public power to harm the rights of citizens, This is what we call tyranny. Both the poor and the rich are exploited by it, because the state machine cannot operate without taxation. But it is also a "necessary evil" that quells the small evil in everyone's heart with a big evil. It's not wrong to say that fear is a necessary condition for maintaining peace. Because of criminal deterrence, people dare not commit crimes. World War II devastated the world, and the fear of war led people to form the United Nations to maintain world order. If the country collapses, and there is no order maintained by violent institutions, everyone will return to the law of the jungle, and everyone must carry weapons to defend themselves. Humans with weak individual strength can defeat other ferocious animals such as ligers and tigers and rule the earth because of the formation of tribes. Formed a nation, conquered the law of the jungle with order. Any peace, stability and prosperity are built on order that sacrifices a part of freedom in exchange for it. The courage of the rebels to dedicate themselves to their ideals is indeed admirable, but the sacrifices that cannot see the historical situation are destined to be worthless. Only seeing tyranny without thinking about the causes of tyranny, such a revolution will not help social progress at all. In essence, Star Wars is a tragedy wrapped in comedy, not only the tragedy of the Rebels, but the tragedy of the entire galaxy. A group of naive idealists, a group of passionate warriors who thought they were dragon slayers, used their young lives to ruin a powerful and truly unified country that could have emerged. Those galactic people who follow the trend to celebrate liberation will inevitably lament like the Iraqis in the future that there is no regret medicine in the world. History is always punishing the lack of vision, and most people will eventually pay for the actions of a small group of short-sighted people.
