It's hard to say who is less reliable or more reliable than who. I have been in the first camp for almost ten years, and I have always been very happy, as are the brothers and sisters who want to come to the second camp.
"Star Trek" series of movies, seriously only watched this latest one. I don't watch TV. There was a "Galaxy Quest" a long time ago, which was only a spoof about "Star Trek", although it was very good and funny.
But after watching the movie today, I probably figured out the setting. Many characters should be classic characters in TV series, and this movie is to explain their origins, so it is completely in line with the trend of "prequel" in recent years. Judging from this movie, Captain Kirk is impulsive and reckless, but he is intuitive, has blood, and has a fight with Han Solo. First Officer Spock is calm and careful, but it's best not to stir his emotions. In "Star Wars", Artu is probably the only one who resembles him. Others have their own specialties and do their jobs (I absolutely love Spock). There was a Russian guy whose English accent made me vomit blood.
The space feel of Star Trek is darker and cramped, and it reminds me again and again of an animated film called Titan AE from ten years ago. This summary is not derogatory, just to illustrate its characteristics. At the same time, it has many technical tricks, such as black holes, time travel, hyperspace physical transportation, superluminal speed, etc. Except for the last item, none of the previous "Star Wars", at least not in the original story, EU does not count. Even if black holes are mentioned, it doesn't seem to be a big deal.
However, that's not to say that Star Trek is more sci-fi than Star Wars. If my little knowledge of popular science is correct, a black hole is not a joke, let alone dangling at the door, how far away will it be sucked in without hesitation? Are black holes a channel for time travel? It looks like a wormhole, right? Everyone calls it a hole, and this hole is not another hole. Hyperspace physical transport is fascinating, but why did they have to parachute without using this technology to send three guys directly to the rig? The fact that there is no sound in space was also ignored by screenwriter classmates. As for time travel, it's even more confusing, and it's a waste of money, just listen to what it says. (Squirrel is suggested to write Star Trek)
So, hard sci-fi is still on the decline.
Star Trek and Star Wars are essentially the same.
After all, this "Star Trek" still needs to use the CPU (unlike "Wolverine", which only needs to open the screen saver), the story needs a little thought, but it should not be too much. In addition, the characters have developed, and Captain Kirk and First Mate Spock have a real growth process. No matter how complicated they are, it is not easy to have them. Especially Spock's tangled appearance is really lovely.
I have been a fake movie fan for too long, and I had no clue about the cast of this film beforehand. First, I saw Winona Ryder, with her devastated face as a mother, only a shadow of her former beauty. Then I suddenly found that the military doctor McCoy looked familiar, it turned out to be my family (sorry) Eomer, and I was very happy. The role suits him well and is hilarious. Later, I felt that a certain engineer also seemed familiar, and gradually it must be Simon Pegg. I have always wanted to see his "Blood Detective". Finally, after watching the movie, when I walked down the steps of the theater, I occasionally looked up and saw Eric Bana appearing on the cast. I couldn't help exclaiming: "Eric Bana?? Where is he?" Could there be another Eric Bana? After thinking about it, I didn't see him! Is it cameo? Come back and check, hey, he is obviously the villain with the tattooed face. Can't help but feel sorry for himself: Is this a movie fan? The blog can be closed and rely on facebook.
As for the most familiar acquaintance, the old Leonard Nimoy who played Spock in the TV series made a cameo. I didn't know him at all, but he was really a veteran of the elders. His appearance is equivalent to Mark Hamill's re-emergence (it will be good when he re-emerges).
Recently, a good friend carved a CD for me. It was full of his favorite movie soundtracks. He only gave the tunes, not the names. I spent a lot of effort, even guessing, and finally got 15 tunes. The home has been found. Among them is "Across the Stars", one of the "Star Wars" theme songs. No matter how many faults there are in "Attack of the Clones", this "Crossing the Stars" is so beautiful, I will forward it to the like-minded "Star Trek", I wish it a smooth crossing.
When will Asimov's "Base" come out, it must be unrivaled!
PS. I grew up putting my fingers together in twos, threes, twos and threes together with little effort, maybe even a potential StarCraft fan. Hmm...
