The Imaginary Paradise of Space Humans

"Star Trek" is the 11th big screen film in the series. It is a sci-fi adventure film produced by Paramount Pictures. The film is based on the 1966 series of the same name and tells the story of James, a farm boy from Iowa. Kirk and Spock from the planet Vulcan first met at the Fleet Academy and became partners, working together on a series of outer space missions.

In the film, the special effects of American blockbusters are constantly being staged, from warp speed navigation to the space transmission of the human body to the super-strong red material, which is the ultimate weapon that can rapidly increase the density of a planet and form a black hole. All this fulfills all the fantasies of sci-fi fans. This is not over yet, the intricate storyline is closely interspersed, making every viewer immersed in it. In the eyes of many people, the Star Trek series, including this one, have reached a level on par with the Star Wars series. One of the words that impressed me the most is: put logic aside and do what you want to do once. Perhaps we too, overcome our minds with logic and forget our true heart. I hope to be more conscientious and less logical in life and family.

Star Trek quotes

  • George Kirk: What are we gonna call him?

Winona Kirk: We could name him after your father.

George Kirk: Tiberius? You kidding me? No, that's the worst. Let's name him after your dad. Let's call him Jim.

Winona Kirk: Jim. OK, Jim it is.

George Kirk: Sweetheart, can you hear me?

    Winona Kirk: I hear you.

George Kirk: I love you so much. I love you...

  • Leonard 'Bones' McCoy: Permission to speak freely, sir?

    Spock: I welcome it.

Leonard 'Bones' McCoy: Do you? OK, then. Are you out of your Vulcan mind? Are you making a logical choice, sending Kirk away? Probably. But, the right one? You know, back home we have a saying: "If you're gonna ride in the Kentucky Derby, you don't leave your prize stallion in the stable."

Spock: A curious metaphor, doctor, as a stallion must first be broken before it can reach its potential.

Leonard 'Bones' McCoy: My God, man, you could at least ACT like it was a hard decision.

Spock: I intend to assist in the effort to reestablish communication with Starfleet. However, if crew morale is better served by my roaming the halls weeping, I will gladly defer to your medical expertise. Excuse me.

Leonard 'Bones' McCoy: [as Spock leaves] Green-blooded hobgoblin.
