In order to protect her sister and avoid hurting her with the super power of destruction, her sister Elsa has tied herself behind a closed door for many years. No matter how willing he was to build a snowman with his sister's request, he kept his bicycle in tears, restrained his desire to spend a good time with his sister, and locked himself behind the door. Because of her love for her sister, Elsa froze her heart and struggled with her inner fear alone. Love can sometimes lose itself.
So, after fleeing, Elsa released her true self, from conservative restraint to true. In loneliness, when you are not in close contact with your loved ones, you can avoid the conflict between loving others and your true self. However, life is like that beautiful ice palace, without any vitality, only clean, pure, shiny but lifeless ice and snow company.
Anna is lively and impulsive and prone to trouble. An accident due to playfulness as a child left a long-term shadow on her sister. Because of her passion and impulsiveness, she suddenly fell in love and mistakenly thought she had found true love. Anna trusted her sister very much, insisted on melting her sister's frozen heart, and decided to go to the snow-capped mountains to find her sister. She was not afraid of danger, and she was even willing to use her life to protect her sister. Her love for her sister is shown in action, not empty lies.
Christopher's love for Anna was too obvious to mention. Sometimes, rustic sensibility is hard to articulate.
What is true love?
For Anna, true love used to be passively waiting for the Prince Charming to come to rescue him, melting the ice and snow in his heart with an affectionate kiss. However, it is very likely that the prince who is waiting will only be rhetoric, hypocritical, scheming, and ulterior motives. True love may also come from a mountain villager who has bad breath, body odor, bad manners when eating, and a group of rustic but simple country relatives. Finding true love requires sharp eyes. (----Reminder: those who fall in love in the first sight should have a second thought. )
True love is the one that puts the interests of the loved one above one's own, and is the feeling of giving one's life for it without hesitation, to family, friends, lovers, or beliefs. (This reminds me of Jesus' sacrifice for redemption).
True love or what? It is the tolerance and acceptance of the dark and ugly side of oneself or the ability that is difficult to control. True love is a light that dispels the darkness, evaporates the fear, and creates beauty and kindness with the ability to make people fear. For example, at the end of the film, Elsa is not afraid and uses her own ice and snow. Super powers bring joy and laughter to the nation.
The film works well, and the singing part is especially moving. Worth a look.
