Regarding the scorpion on the male protagonist's silver jacket, I thought the director wanted to express "it is impossible for a person to betray his nature", but later he called and said "your friend Nino can't cross the river", only to realize that it meant the frog and the scorpion. fairy tale. The frog carries the scorpion across the river, just like the work of the male protagonist. The scorpion is the murderer who commits crimes with his help. Greed and cold-blooded are their nature. So this time Nino can't cross the river, and the protagonist's way of revenge is to drown him.

Irene, who represents warm and positive, is no wonder that our god driver will yearn for it. That is the life he dreams of but can't. The approach of the film looks like a Hong Kong film in the 80s and 90s. The dim light and the switching between long and short shots are both nostalgic and trance.

The plot is rubbish, and the shooting mix is amazing. Especially calm and restrained silence, and especially romantic and violent. Commander High was too handsome to say, Mulligan's eyes always made people fall in. Best Director at Cannes.
