A perfect rafting

My first impression after watching it is that this is a great movie, a near-perfect movie with perfect cinematography, perfect narrative, perfect sets, perfect scheduling, perfect visuals and sound effects. This movie, in my opinion, perfectly interprets the meaning of "faith", explores themes about survival, nature, human nature, etc. It is a thought-provoking and wonderful film, and the ending surprised me.

This movie is not just a visual satisfaction, accompanied by soft and mysterious music, simple and clear story, the director uses a high-level point of view and Zen expression to interpret the true meaning of faith, which is touching. Film is a relatively successful combination of business and art. People come into this world to suffer, just like male protagonists, so we must face every difficulty calmly, solve it and make ourselves happy as much as possible. In the end of life, we must constantly forget the suffering! The director uses this unique way to reveal the instinct of survival. I really admire it. I prefer to believe in the first version of the story. The vivid stunts, the catastrophe and the vast galaxy are the ingenuity of the director's survival law in this charming and cruel world. , if you don't add these dreamy narratives, it is likely to become a blatant murder film. Sometimes good and evil are really difficult to define, and religion can't make a vegetarian person never eat meat, and the ultimate salvation is to let go of the past and face the present. Have a good life!

Life of Pi quotes

  • Adult Pi Patel: So which story do you prefer?

Writer: The one with the tiger. That's the better story.

Adult Pi Patel: Thank you. And so it goes with God.

Writer: [smiles] It's an amazing story.

  • Writer: [reading off the report] Mr. Patel's is an astounding story, courage and endurance unparalleled in the history of ship-wrecks. Very few castaways can claim to have survived so long, and none in the company of an adult Bengal tiger.
