"Jurassic World", the special effects are great, but the narrative is still very old-fashioned, and it can even be said to be trite, the feeling of 20 or 30 years ago. Now other disaster movies put a group of people in a desperate situation, and watch them try to escape. They are smart and nervous, and they amaze the audience. A story like Jurassic World is driven by the stupidity of the people in the play, and it makes you anxious when you watch it. Scientists are just, look at how evil I am, hahaha~~~ Capitalists just look at how greedy I am~~~ Female pig feet just look at how shallow I am~~~ Bear kids just look at how bearish I am~~~
I don't dislike old-fashioned things. I like many old movies, but this kind of narrative that promotes the plot through the stupidity of the characters has been criticized for a long time and cannot meet the intellectual requirements of modern audiences.
The movie's hardcore box office came from dinosaur fans, but Asian audiences are far less interested in dinosaurs than robots. There is this cultural difference at play.
