terrifying nothingness

2016-6-4 I watched the movie for my
favorite teacher's movie review. There are many emotional moments. This is not an ordinary cop and gangster film that fights and kills. On the contrary, the pace is very slow and there are many dialogues. It does not simply deify any party, but shows their strength and weakness, and tells about their ruthless wisdom and trivial life.

"I'm alone, but I'm not lonely." I don't know if this is Robert Daniel's real thought or just convincing himself. Go to Fiji and see seaweed that twinkles like lights. What a nice view. But no matter the lights or the seaweed, if there is boundless nothingness and loneliness in the heart, what you see is nothing but a cold silence.

Pacino, third marriage also on the brink of collapse, good police officer, messed up life. The wife felt that he should share his work with her, and he said that it was all corpse shit to share. Like Sherlock, he was married to a job. What is the justice that he is striving for? Pacino and Robert, rivals, confidants, cherish each other, love and kill each other. After the last handshake, there must be silence in my heart.

The one I'm most looking forward to is the black part. The teacher's review is very well written. The following is an excerpt from the teacher's review.
'' Robert said to the black person I only need one answer from you, go or not go, now. (One answer, yes or no. Right now. )
He speaks of kingship and not overbearing. Domineering requires obedience, while kingship makes everyone listen to their hearts.
So this choice is just to let the black driver pay tribute to his life over the years, because after that, he will never go back.
In fact, however, the black man didn't hesitate for too long. He looked around, but nothing appeared to him. Years of dull life are not worth even a few seconds.
What I'm trying to say is this: the stronger a person is, the higher he stands, the more powerful he is surrounded by nothingness, so in the end, ability is not the factor that determines who takes the lead. In the end, those who are at the forefront are often the more paranoid, those who, according to Paul Tillich, can "affirm themselves at all costs" and who have the courage to "exist".
There are some people who choose to live an ordinary life, not because they are afraid of danger or difficulty, not because they are afraid of death, but because no one can share that kind of loneliness, the feeling of facing nothingness alone.
So they hide in the mundane life, which is what Heidegger called "sinking". To sink is to forget, to forget their own existence. Therefore, the years of sinking are not worth a single moment of existence.
At this time, as long as there is a person in front of you, you don't need to understand what he wants (which is usually incomprehensible), you only need to feel that the person's belief is strong enough, that is, he can carry all the nothingness , you'll go with him and risk your life for what he believes. ''

The teacher wrote so well that I didn't want to change a word. The black people have been sinking for so many years, living in the flies and dogs, but they have lost their lives. For so many years, when is it not in nothingness, when does it really exist.
