I have the following points to say about this film:
1. Divine drama, I really don't understand what it is trying to express! ?
2. This film was produced in 1968, so I have to admire the American film technology.
3. In addition to film technology, the previous thinking of Americans is too awesome. Forty years ago, it was known that there would be such a thing as an IPAD in the 21st century.
4. So I feel that the concept mobile phones of American science fiction films in recent years, such as those implanted in the human body or the card type, are likely to exist in the future.
5. As for this movie, I understand that the computer wants to kill people. Did the director want to express that robots will definitely be stronger than humans in the future, so give humans a warning first.
6. Is the black monument again expressing not to explore space, or else you will kill yourself?
7. I still have to go and look for the analysis movie review to see.

----------------

There is no so-called analysis, because this film is like a Buddhist scripture, everyone will have their own way of understanding, or more people can't understand it, no Everyone can become a master. The content of the Buddhist scriptures cannot be explained in words, but you must experience it yourself.

2001: A Space Odyssey quotes

  • HAL: I know I've made some very poor decisions recently, but I can give you my complete assurance that my work will be back to normal. I've still got the greatest enthusiasm and confidence in the mission. And I want to help you.

  • HAL: [His shutdown] I'm afraid. I'm afraid, Dave. Dave, my mind is going. I can feel it. I can feel it. My mind is going. There is no question about it. I can feel it. I can feel it. I can feel it. I'm a... fraid. Good afternoon, gentlemen. I am a HAL 9000 computer. I became operational at the H.A.L. plant in Urbana, Illinois on the 12th of January 1992. My instructor was Mr. Langley, and he taught me to sing a song. If you'd like to hear it I can sing it for you.

Dave Bowman: Yes, I'd like to hear it, HAL. Sing it for me.

    HAL: It's called "Daisy."

HAL: [sings while slowing down] Daisy, Daisy, give me your answer do. I'm half crazy all for the love of you. It won't be a stylish marriage, I can't afford a carriage. But you'll look sweet upon the seat of a bicycle built for two.
