Besides, these magical scenes ended up killing her mother and herself. The funniest thing is that in the chase scene in the labyrinth (why does it feel like Kubrick's "The Shining"?), the labyrinth has clearly made way for the little girl and kept her stepfather out, (Zeng At one point, I thought that the magic had really appeared), but I still let my stepfather find the little girl and kill her.
Later, the guerrillas came to rescue the little girl and her brother, but found the room empty. This leaves me with only a sigh and the fantasy is harmful. If she had stayed in the room obediently, wouldn't there have been nothing? Why take a little life for nothing?
In the end, it is concluded that the apparent success of "Pan" is mainly due to Almodovar (director of "Return"). In recent years, every film of Almodovar has received rave reviews ("All About My Mother", "Tell Her", "Bad Education"), if the film itself is a film, as long as it is a film made by him , can win the Oscar for best foreign language film, (his weird movie style is the most in line with the Oscar taste). But movie awards are not sports competitions, always winning the award alone (although he has this ability) is not fair to others. (But the judges, you have to choose a good movie to be worthy of Almodovar, at least it should be better than "Pan"). Therefore, under the premise that "Almodovar will never win the award again", the judges reluctantly put the first choice "Return" in their hearts and put the second choice "Pan Shen" on the throne. (The second is not worthy of the name, which one of "Eavesdropping Storm" and "Glorious Years" is not as good as "Pan God", it is not because of the popularity of Mexican style that year, and the other two directors in Mexico contributed "Babel" and "Children of Man" respectively)
